We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Maker to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for churning fresh gelato on a daily basis, monitoring stock levels, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, managing orders and stock, assisting with deliveries, and providing support with front-of-house service when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess Australian residency, working holiday or student visa, ability to work in excess of 20 hours per week, previous experience in busy environments, preferably in a kitchen or customer-facing role, excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.

No prior gelato experience is necessary; we value energy, personality, and a willingness to learn.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Churn fresh gelato on a daily basis
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure a constant supply of gelato
  • Manage orders and stock effectively
  • Assist with deliveries
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:
