Job Title: Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

The role of an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist plays a crucial part in maintaining and evolving our core infrastructure to ensure operational resilience and supporting secure and scalable technology services across the business.

This position requires expertise in systems administration, infrastructure support, and cloud technologies. As an Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing on-premises and cloud-based server and network infrastructure.

You will administer and optimize cloud environments including Azure and Microsoft 365. Additionally, you will handle internal escalations and provide Tier 3 support. Your responsibilities may also include leading or assisting in the implementation of new systems and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, virtualization, and backup solutions.
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and security tools.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
