Job Opportunity:

Drive business success as a Service Delivery Manager by overseeing technology services and fostering collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of technology services to support operational efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure service alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and enhance service performance metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement processes to boost service quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and resolve service-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide regular updates on service performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of service delivery processes within the technology domain.
  • Experience managing a medium-large size team - preferably across multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster effective communication.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the property industry or similar sectors is desirable.
  • Familiarity with service metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting tools.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
