Job Title: Data Lead

As a Data Lead, you will play a key role in the collection, management, and reporting of data for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the integrity, security, and quality of our data systems.

  • You will work closely with our Data and Insights Manager to develop and maintain our Salesforce CRM system, including custom objects and integrations.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing data collection processes, managing complex datasets in Excel, and generating reports for various stakeholders.
  • Project management experience is essential, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative and inquisitive attitude towards technology and automation is also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience with Salesforce administration, including custom objects and online data capture software (FormAssembly).
  • Experience working with complex datasets in Excel and generating reports for various stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, including creating project plans, gathering requirements, analyzing risks, and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to develop data skills in others.
