Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner to join our team at Ntaria Health Service, located 125 km from Alice Springs. The successful candidate will provide primary health care services to patients within a comprehensive framework, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
About the Role- Provide culturally safe GP services to patients in accordance with the principles and values of Central Australian Aboriginal Congress.
- Work within a comprehensive primary health care framework, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient-centered care plans, taking into account individual needs and circumstances.
- A competitive total effective package of $250,045 - $273,824 (p.a.)*, including base salary, district allowance, superannuation, leave loading, and estimated tax saving from salary packaging options.
- A generous remote allowance up to $50 p/h, recognizing the challenges and rewards of working in a remote setting.
- Annual additional Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) payments of between $16 K to $35 K, supporting the provision of high-quality care to patients.
