We are seeking a dedicated Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 24 hours per week across 3 days.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the risk management framework, ensuring that processes and procedures are effectively maintained and developed to identify and manage risks appropriately.
Your role will involve the administration, oversight, and performance evaluation of enterprise risk management and compliance to foster a culture of adherence and risk reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with essential business stakeholders Managing enterprise risk through comprehensive assessments, action plans, and control measures. Overseeing business continuity strategies and crisis management protocols. Advocating for a proactive approach to risk management. Delivering regular updates to senior leadership regarding enterprise risk management activities. Facilitating training and educational sessions on enterprise risk management practices.Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, complemented by CPA or CIA certification Proven experience in enterprise risk management, ideally with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) Strong consulting skills to identify effective solutions Advanced analytical abilities, with excellent communication skills across all management levels Initiative and self-motivation Competence in negotiation and conflict resolutionCommitment to Diversity & Inclusion
