Experience Asset Manager Needed

We are seeking an experienced asset management professional to play a pivotal role in the planning, management, and delivery of building assets.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Asset Management or equivalent experience, as well as a current Class C Drivers Licence and Construction Induction (White Card).
- Key Responsibilities:
- To manage consultants effectively
- To allocate risk and ensure WHS compliance
- To prepare forward works programs and budgets
- To use PC applications software
- To apply Australian Standards
- Permanent, Full-Time position – 70 hours per fortnight
- Salary range $113,332.82 - $131,313.08 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
- 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance
- Opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight
