The Role


We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Gymnastics Coaches to join our team at BK Gym Craigieburn. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of gymnastics programs in a safe, positive, and fun environment for participants. You will adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels, ensuring that every child has a rewarding and enjoyable experience.


Key Responsibilities


•⁠ Deliver gymnastics programs for children aged 1-12 years, as well as other activities as required
•⁠ Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of different age groups and skill levels
•⁠ Create a safe, positive, and fun environment for participants
•⁠ Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
•⁠ Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and methodologies
•⁠ Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve program goals and objectives


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you will need to have:


•⁠ A Gymnastics Australia Intermediate or Advanced Coaching accreditation/qualification
•⁠ Current Gymnastics Australia Technical Membership
•⁠ Annually updating Gymnastics accreditation in accordance with Gymnastics Australia technical membership requirements
•⁠ Current First Aid and CPR certification
•⁠ A Working with Children Check and a willingness to undertake a Police Check clearance upon onboarding
•⁠ Energetic people skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for developing others
•⁠ A results-focused team player with a strong commitment to customer service
