We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our prestigious team at Gough Recruitment AU in Canberra. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside one of the best sales agents in the business, learning and growing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a busy sales agent in all aspects of the listing and selling process
  • Provide exceptional customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
  • Conduct database prospecting, cold calls, and door knocking to identify new business opportunities
  • Handle all potential buyer enquiries and provide timely responses
  • Manage email, appointment, and diary systems to ensure seamless communication
  • Follow up with buyers after open homes and provide updates on property listings
  • Set up and collect signboards to promote properties
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform general administration duties to support the sales team
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in real estate sales is essential
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Strong desire to succeed and grow in a dynamic sales environment
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
