Senior Occupational Therapist Leader

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Clinical Supervisor to support the leadership of our team and the ongoing development and growth of our service.
About the Role:This senior clinical position is well suited to a candidate who is looking to progress their career or has relevant experience. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of Allied Health clinicians, providing assessment and intervention services to clients with disabilities, and mentoring and leading your team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of experienced Occupational Therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client care.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the clinical skills of the team, ensuring best practice and evidence-based approaches.
- Provide direct community, school-based, and home-based intervention and support programs for children, teenagers, and adults.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic therapy plans, prioritizing client-centered care.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to promote professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, with current AHPRA registration.
- Relevant clinical and managerial experience, preferably in a billable environment.
- Previous experience in mentoring, supporting, and supervising teams, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
- Valid, non-restricted driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and DWES Check.
