Program Details

This is a permanent, ongoing role where we will work with you to place you within the business in time for the conclusion of the program. The program begins in February each year, initially based in Hobart, Tasmania.

You will have the opportunity, within the program, to rotate across various areas of Hydro Tasmania, Momentum Energy (our Retail Business) and Entura (our Consulting Business) where you can build on your capabilities and create a career that's right for you.

The program also involves:

  • Depending on your role, working at sites across Tasmania, including on site at our hydropower stations, dams and lakes.
  • Being a part of big renewable infrastructure projects that are working towards powering the nation.
  • Taking part in professional development and networking with your fellow graduates and senior colleagues.

Key Attributes You Will Bring To The Program

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recent (graduated within the last 2 years) or upcoming degree in Business, Arts, Social Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Technology, Environmental Studies, Law, Accounting or other related studies.
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a commitment to driving positive change.
  • Abilities to communicate and work effectively (written and verbal) in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and self-awareness.
  • Willingness to learn and build relationships inside and across the business.
