Job Title: Female Disability Support Workers - Turkish

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to join our team, who has a background in Turkish culture and language. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, working collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals.

About the Role:

  • To provide individualized support to clients with disabilities, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • To work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
  • To contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Individual Supports (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid full driver's license.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and current Police Check.
  • Cert IV Disability and/or Mental Health Care qualification highly regarded.
