CBRE is seeking experienced professionals to join our expanding Development and Infrastructure Advisory group. As a Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and assignments, as well as leading multidisciplinary teams across the private and public sector space to achieve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project/assignments including scope development, consultant and supplier procurement, project scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, contract administration and project reporting.
- Prepare written reports and present to clients.
- Foster client engagement and develop meaningful relationships with government and private sector clients.
- Business development and client base expansion.
- Tertiary qualifications in disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Property Economics, Development, Town Planning or Architecture.
- 5 to 10+ years' experience in development or project management, design, engineering, or infrastructure advisory or town planning within the public or private sector.
- Proven track record in the planning and delivery of complex projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- An eye for detail with an analytical mindset and numerical proficiency.
- Team player with energy, enthusiasm, and the capacity to collaborate and share knowledge and ideas.
