Protecting Critical Assets

In today's fast-paced business environment, safeguarding information systems and data is a top priority. This senior-level position requires a hands-on security leader who can effectively surge between strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enterprise Protection: Identify and capture threats and risks, then design and implement pragmatic risk-based controls and continuous improvements.
  • Build Strong Governance: Develop and mature processes that ensure operational security activities are performed, measured, and managed effectively.
  • Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with Technology, OT asset owners, and business system owners, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to deliver outcomes.
  • Lead and Uplift Execution: Oversee our analyst capability and guide day-to-day operational priorities to keep the environment safe and resilient.
  • Advance Our Maturity: Contribute to programs that uplift our posture against recognized frameworks (e.g., AESCSF) and strengthen cyber risk management across IT and OT.

You're a seasoned security professional with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
