Job Title: FMS Controller

At Macmahon, we are seeking an experienced FMS Controller to join our team on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off roster. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of our mining fleet, driving towards Mine Plan objectives using the MineStar system and other advanced tools.

About the Role:

  • Deep understanding of mine workplace safety requirements and procedures.
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience with Fleet Management systems like MineStar.
  • Minimum 1 year's general open pit mining operations experience.
  • Proficient in basic computing systems and programs.
  • Sound analytical skills.
  • More than 3 years' experience in heavy equipment operations.
