Job Responsibilities
  • Maintaining Regulatory Compliance

The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to the maintenance of regulatory, company, and quality systems around completion of operating logs, testing, and recording.

Machine Operation and Troubleshooting

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues within digital, screen-based automatic systems is essential for this role.

Production Efficiency and Quality Control

The Operations Specialist will play a key part in safely and efficiently operating and maintaining production equipment to uphold high standards of product quality.

Wastage Minimization and Reporting

The candidate will minimize wastage including product, packaging, process inputs, time, and chemicals and report any excessive wastage to the site manager.

Shift Operations and Scheduling

Achieve specified production schedules, document any deviations from the schedule, and provide reasons for the variations.

Communication and Teamwork

Strong communication skills are required to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and site management.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Processing Environments

The ideal candidate will have substantial technical expertise in a manufacturing environment, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a firm commitment to safety and quality protocols.

Technical Skills and Proficiencies

Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents and instructions is necessary, as well as strong computer literacy.

Leadership Potential and Growth Opportunities

We are looking for someone who demonstrates the capacity to work autonomously while maintaining consistent collaboration with colleagues and has a desire to grow into leadership capacities.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Western Sydney, working Monday to Friday with flexibility to work overtime as required. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
