About the Role

The SkyPoint Attendant is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. As a SkyPoint Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner and facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets, and generating sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Facilitate front entry, process entry tickets, and generate sales
  • Work across Food & Beverage, Events, and Guest Services departments
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and venue presentation
  • Deliver consistently high standards of service while under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar high-volume food service or hospitality environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated team player
  • Fun, positive, and radiant disposition
  • Ability to deliver consistently high standards of service while under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with POS systems and competent with cash handling
  • Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Ability to speak a second language would be highly desirable
