Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive and strategic financial advice to new clients
  • Maintain and deliver exceptional client experiences to maximise retention and referral
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure recommendations are executed efficiently and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with paraplanners and admin support, providing guidance when needed
  • Continuously grow a portfolio of clients with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
