Our team seeks a Training Specialist to develop and implement robust training frameworks, schedules, and resources for employees and contractors in compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in training and assessment and possess strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of training content and resources, ensuring measurable outcomes that meet internal and external requirements.
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills, including apprentices, while tailoring learning to diverse audiences and levels including apprentices.
  • Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance training effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining training and assessments to ensure compliance, performance standards, and continuous improvement. They will also support the creation and maintenance of effective learning frameworks, schedules, and assessment content to achieve measurable and impactful training outcomes.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is mandatory.
  • Relevant certificate in applicable trade or industry experience.
  • Hold a valid 'C' class driver's licence.
