As a Cloud Software Expert on our team, you'll work on unique and highly visible projects shaping the future of networking software services. Your work will directly impact scalability and innovation for AI workloads.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with teams inside Microsoft Azure and the Cloud & Enterprise division.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for networking scenarios.
- Identify dependencies and develop design documents for products, applications, or services.
- Write, optimize, debug, refactor, and reuse code to improve performance, maintainability, and ROI.
- Leverage expertise in product features and coordinate with project managers to drive project and release plans.
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitor systems, and coordinate responses to issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 5+ years of experience in software engineering with languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven experience in reliable, high-quality software development.
- Experience with large-scale orchestration frameworks.
- Extensive backend application development experience.
As a Cloud Software Expert, you'll have opportunities for growth and professional development, working with experienced teams and cutting-edge technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as continuous deployment, automation, and telemetry frameworks.
