Key Duties:
  • Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks to ensure top talent is recruited.
  • Craft compelling job advertisements that showcase the company's brand and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Proactively source new candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on recruiting positions to achieve common goals and targets.
  • Assist consultants in taking job briefs and providing expert advice on candidate selection.
  • Provide admin support for Recruiters to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • A background and experience in Property or a Customer Service related field is essential for success in this role.
  • A positive attitude with a drive for career success is critical for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates is vital for maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction.
