Retail Leadership Accelerator Program

This program is designed for ambitious retail professionals who want to accelerate their progression into a Store Manager role. Over the course of 6 months, participants will engage in hands-on learning experiences, including store placements, mentoring, and coaching.
The program's close-knit cohort environment provides a unique opportunity for like-minded individuals to share knowledge, skills, and best practices. Participants will also have significant P&L accountability, allowing them to stretch their leadership capabilities and manage a team of up to 100 employees.
