Business Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team at Bupa's WilloughbyCare Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities
• Resident Placement: Provide a warm welcome to prospective residents and their loved ones, ensuring a seamless admissions process.
• Employee Service: Support the care home's employee experience through rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and leave management.
• Concierge: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions with residents, employees, visitors, and suppliers.
• Payroll: Process fortnightly staff payroll and associated reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Business Administrator who possesses excellent communication skills, patience, and a sunny disposition. You will have a minimum of a Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience, as well as intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Kronos/payroll systems and admin requirements in the Aged, Health Care, or regulated industry is advantageous.
