We are seeking an experienced Barista who can work efficiently in our busy café. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and upselling products, and developing your barista skills.

All-rounder duties include:

  • Providing quick and polite service at all times
  • Promoting and upselling stock available for purchase
  • Developing and expanding your barista knowledge and skills
  • Using the point of sale system and handling cash transactions
  • Communicating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Preparing menu selections using kitchen equipment
  • Conducting general cleaning duties

  • Be committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to be trained and work in various areas of the cafe
  • Be excited about working in a dynamic and busy environment
  • Have full availability across a 7-day roster
