Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps Induction Program

We offer a comprehensive induction program for our Early Childhood Teachers, designed to support their transition into our team and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

  • Three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.
  • An ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role.
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

Requirements

Successful applicants must hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood).
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply.
