Job Title: Social Procurement Lead

This role will play a pivotal part in integrating social benefit into procurement practices and major project delivery. The Social Procurement Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing Social and Indigenous Procurement Plans across major projects, identifying opportunities and removing barriers.

\The Opportunity
  • Develop strategic plans to integrate social and indigenous procurement practices into major projects.
  • Build relationships with suppliers from diverse backgrounds, driving partnerships and tangible outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify, evaluate, and mitigate procurement risks.
  • Upskill staff and lead initiatives that promote awareness and application of social procurement practices.
  • Contribute to industry leadership through research, communications, and reporting.
