Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Orange, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing return to work case management services to ex-defence personnel, ensuring smooth transitions back into the workforce. You will work closely with treating medical professionals, DVA personnel, and other relevant parties to provide holistic support and arrange relevant assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Complete return to work case management of ex-defence personnel
- Provide smooth transitions back into the workforce
- Provide holistic support through arrangement of relevant assessments
- Liaise and collaborate with treating medical professionals and DVA personnel and other relevant parties
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Relevant tertiary allied health qualification required
- 6+ months experience delivering workplace rehabilitation services
- Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
- Criminal check
