Are you passionate about beauty and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Beauty Advisor to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.

Casual Beauty Advisor

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to customers. You will be responsible for taking the time to learn our customers' needs and recommending fantastic products that make them feel good.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.
  • Uphold our values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
Requirements:
  • You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A previous retail background is preferred, but not essential.
  • You must be a team player and open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry is required.
