Key Responsibilities- Create a nurturing and vibrant environment that encourages children to explore and learn
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork
- Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times
- Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
