About the Role

As an NPI Manager, you will collaboratively coordinate cross-functional teams giving clear direction and provide recommendations to the business to effectively deliver projects for required launch dates and regulatory windows.

In this role, you will cover all facets of NPI including NPD, EPD, Sourcing & Productivity changes, covering multiple brands and various product classifications across multiple internal and external factories.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain individual project timelines accounting for unique regulatory, factory and supply circumstances.
  • Lead and advocate the governance of projects, informing the wider project team of the respected necessary actions.
  • Facilitate regular WIPs and taskforces, keeping cross-functional stakeholders informed of project progress and accountable for relevant actions.
  • Support the wider project team and drive decision-making, issue resolution and alternative pathways to ensure successful project delivery.
The Experience We're Looking For

Driven by a passion for project management and an understanding of complex supply chains.

Able to collaborate across functions and influence without authority.

Adept at forging strong relationships and building effective partnerships.

Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain planning and advanced data analysis.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
