About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Operative to join our team in Ipswich, QLD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various earthworks tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Caterpillar 336 Excavators to perform bulk earthworks, trenching, final trim, and detailed excavation.
  • Conduct GPS-guided excavation and final trim operations using Trimble systems.
  • Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and fellow operators to maintain smooth project flow.
