About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Metso. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Operate industrial equipment, including forklifts, to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Process shipments and deliveries, including printing ID cards and completing shipping records.
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to pick parts and complete internal stock transfers.
  • Ensure all goods are properly packaged and labeled for transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure high levels of stock control.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant warehousing experience working with industrial equipment and parts.
  • Knowledge and experience in safe work practices.
  • Good planning and organizing skills to meet deadlines.
  • Basic communication skills, including reading and writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
