At TBWA, we're on the lookout for a skilled Connections Strategist to spearhead our communications efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unlock consumer insights and bring them to life through visualised journey maps.
  • Develop innovative connections strategies that drive engagement across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create imaginative comms plans that push boundaries.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of comms strategy and its role in driving business outcomes.
  • Aptitude for analytical thinking, combined with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay ahead of cultural trends and their impact on consumer behaviour.
  • Good grasp of paid, owned, and earned channels, including social, search, programmatic, partnerships, SEO, and traditional.
You'll Bring:
  • A solutions-focused mindset and a passion for great ideas.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within a creative or media agency.
