Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team in a busy retail service environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with advice and pricing for domestic and international shipments, handling Over-The-Counter sales, telephone sales, estimate requests, and online sales transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing and delegating tasks to junior team members
  • Tracking and tracing consignments
  • Completing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV/TAFE/University qualification or higher (Certificate I-IV preferred)
  • Exceptional customer relations skills with demonstrated success in this area
  • Confidence and competence in using point of sale computer programs and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
