Seeking Experienced Fitter

">Job Role

We are looking for a skilled fitter to work on our day shift from Monday to Friday, 6:45am-3:15pm.

  • Maintenance of machinery, equipment and services to meet or exceed site objectives is crucial.
  • Actively pursuing mechanical maintenance improvements to achieve production targets and improve plant uptime.
  • Demonstrating an exemplary safety ethic, leading by example and setting standards for health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Driving high-quality standards and culture.
Key Requirements
  • A Mechanical Trade Certificate with Advanced Certificate is preferred.
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments (3-5+ years) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and corrective maintenance systems is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot control systems and mechanical faults on equipment is essential.
  • A good understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors and air systems is vital.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills is expected.
