Independently Empowering Individuals as Support Workers

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as support workers. As a support worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that enables people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities.
About This Role:
- Support individuals with disabilities in achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support for daily activities.
- Encourage community participation and social engagement.
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties.
- Implement and follow personalised care plans.
- Foster a safe, positive environment for clients.
- Build meaningful connections through mentorship and supportive guidance.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR Certification
- Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive or third-party property damage insurance
Desirable:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability sector (support work)
