Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Interventions:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address client needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Provide education and training to clients, family members, and caregivers on proper use of adaptive equipment, techniques, and strategies for optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support services.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions and adjust interventions accordingly.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist, with demonstrated expertise in the field.
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults, across various settings (e.g., clinics, hospitals, schools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
