- Work across multiple delivery teams and be a driving force of the technical architecture, design, and quality standards.
- Contribute to crafting an outstanding team culture by role modeling a collaborative approach to working with team members, offering leadership, support, mentoring, and guidance.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect/Developer/Engineer working in a team environment, with multiple years in an agile, complex environment.
- Extensive experience simplifying sophisticated systems/problems and making them easier to modify, extend, and scale as well as cheaper to run.
- Comprehensive experience with, and a passion for implementing good engineering practices including TDD, Continuous Delivery, deployment automation, observability, good modular design, and clean code.
- Well-developed people leadership skills, including previous experience mentoring and coaching staff on technical issues.
- Experience with a wide range of software development languages and tools.
- Proven understanding or experience deploying cloud-based solutions utilizing known good practice for scalability, resilience, and recovery.
- Passion for solving business problems with technology.
- Experience in data-driven decision making.
