As a leading retailer, distributor, and licensor of iconic streetwear brands, Conquest Sports plays a vital role in the Pacific region.

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team.

• Process payroll runs, maintain payroll records, and ensure data integrity for accuracy.
• Assist in Tanda system and ensure alignment with rates in Meriden system.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of payroll leave liabilities.
• Assist with payroll tax preparation and reconciliations.
• Support NZ end of month payroll reconciliation.
• Participate in year-end payroll reconciliations for AUS and NZ.

We are looking for someone with:

• 6+ months experience in payroll or human resources administration.
• Passion for numbers, compliance, and doing the right thing.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of the retail industry (advantageous).
