Job Title: Shift Manager

The role of a Shift Manager is to oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant during their designated shifts. This involves ensuring that all team members are adhering to our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe working environment. You will also be expected to review sales projections and guest counts to ensure alignment with shift targets and restaurant goals.

A successful Shift Manager must be able to lead a team, communicate effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.

  • Responsible for maintaining food safety to the highest standard

  • Review and monitor guest counts and sales projections to align with shift targets and restaurant goals

  • Actively seek customer feedback for an exceptional customer experience and repeat business
