Department Manager Opportunity

As a Department Manager (Senior Beauty Advisor), you'll provide day-to-day supervision, work closely with team supervisors, and achieve store KPIs while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an extension to the store management team to manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
  • Promote high-level customer service and recommend products based on comprehensive understanding of client needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point for clients and cast member matters, making confident store operation decisions during core hours.
  • Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
  • History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
