About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Thrive Human Connections. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy programs for children with Autism and developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and supervise evidence-based/ABA programs for children with ASD
  • Support families and provide guidance on behavioral strategies
  • Collaborate with our team of BCBA practitioners to ensure high-quality programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in a relevant field
  • BCBA/CBA certification or working towards
  • Hands-on experience delivering and supervising evidence-based/ABA programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
