Job Summary

Lead Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor Role

Assume responsibility for the supervision of a team of skilled maintenance professionals, responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of aircraft and ground equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure seamless integration with company objectives.
  • Monitor and control maintenance inventory, developing effective strategies for procurement and replacement of outdated assets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to establish short- and long-term goals, prioritizing resource allocation and workload assignments.
  • Enhance communication across departments, fostering an environment of open collaboration and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, incorporating lessons learned from experience and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Advanced certification in a relevant trade or discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance leadership roles within complex environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations governing aviation maintenance.
