About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guest rooms and hotel spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

You will also be responsible for cleaning hotel public areas and back-of-house areas, as well as responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in our guests' experiences.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Thoroughly clean, prepare, and maintain guest rooms, including restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean hotel public areas and back-of-house areas.
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
