This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Support Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, and utilizing strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

They will work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Customer Service: Provide frontline customer service to internal and external customers, handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative assistance, including calendar management, to Manager Projects and Asset Management.
  • Event Support: Assist with directorate events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
Requirements">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a Certificate III Business Administration or 12 months experience in a similar role, and previous experience in the operation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
