Learn to Swim Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Learn to Swim Instructor to join our team. This is a casual position available within our School Swimming programme.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young swimmers who are eager to learn how to swim.

Paid at the Fitness Award, Level 4, this role offers a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy teaching and want to make a difference in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children of varying skill levels.
  • To maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • To work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve programme goals.

Requirements:

  1. A QLD Working with Children Paid Blue Card.
  2. A Current First Aid/CPR certificate.
  3. A minimum qualification: ASCTA - Teacher of Swimming, or equivalent.
  4. A National Criminal History Check.
