Store Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will lead a high-performing store team and drive sales performance through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, foster a positive work environment, and promote a culture of excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory control and stocktake procedures, as well as driving sales growth and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
A Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive is preferred but not essential. However, you will need to have basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in digital POS systems, MS Office, and retail invoicing systems.
