Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Sleep Consulting team in the day to day operations of the outlet
• Provide consultancy service, advise to customers on OSA issues as a CPAP consultant
• Provide great customer service in line with CLM's level and standard of exceptional service and operations

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years work experience
• At least 1 year in a sales or customer service role within a sleep related or pharmaceutical industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage patients and customers in conversations that help to build an understanding of their needs
