Director of Project Execution

This key role contributes to delivering exceptional project management services, focusing on high-quality solutions within the Queensland building and construction industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Implementation: Coordinate and manage all aspects of building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction activities, ensuring quality and suitability of final products.
- Coordinate activities among project staff, consultants, contractors, managers, and other business units to achieve project objectives.
- Provide high-level contract coordination across traditional and non-traditional contract systems.
- Evaluate if projects meet client scope, timeline, cost, cash flow, and quality expectations.
- Engage with and coordinate project team members during service delivery, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Town Planning, or Quantity Surveying is highly regarded.
The ideal candidate will lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and success. Negotiate with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money outcomes. Monitor variances by generating exception reports and conduct project audits to assess performance. Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures and provide guidance to team members.
