About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team at Nutrien Ag Solutions. As a Tax Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Tax Manager Australia in delivering transformation of the Australian group's tax compliance and incentives programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of income tax, GST, FBT, and R&D compliance and reporting.
  • Perform monthly GL reconciliations and implement/maintain internal reporting controls & procedures.
  • Provide advice to the broader business and perform analysis of business requirements to recommend and/or develop improved procedures/processes to meet business demands.
  • Assist with state and federal revenue authority reviews.
Requirements
  • Finance/tax background and numerically literate.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and processes.
  • Understanding of Australian tax reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in accounting systems, ideally SAP, and at least intermediate capability in Excel.
  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Sound understanding of corporate responsibilities and behaviours.
